Can't save some message and erase others

I missed many an important message because it was awhile before I noticed the light blinking on the remote units.

Love the ease of use.. messages being left playing over all phones, easy blocking of unwanted calls, no specialty batteries required, long talk times, easy to read buttons etc.

There is an easy erase-message button on the base station, but not on the handsets; it's a long menu process to erase a message from the handset.

The only drawback for me is the message that pops up all the time (see picture), even if I have no messages this comes up.

Annoying that ''unread message waiting or missed call'' message on the screen along with the blinking light until you acknowledge the call

I never miss a text message

Constantly having to clear screen blocking messages about voicemail calls when there are none.

Phone system works as it should.

The handsets are comfortable and all functions work as they should

I went through all the settings on the phone as well as in the manual and could not find information on how to keep the ringer turned off completely all the time

The problem seems to be that the cell service for my new iphone 7 isn't as reliable as I would like

It works as we expected since this is our third set of Panasonic Phones

I have TG7644 as well as TG7875 and the new set has the same functionality as the older models
