Sound quality has been fine and the "Link to Cell" features are great since we tend to leave our cell phones in one

Another factor for me was the quantity as well as the quality, we needed 5 phones.

My only issue is the soune quality of the speaker on the base unit.

System has great microphone and earpiece quality when on your call.

I also routinely use a corded headset, but with this unit, volume is weakened and quality is unpredictable.
