It takes good photos
-
I love this lens because it takes clear focused photos even at 200mm hand held and at my age that is wonderful
-
However, it doesn't take the sharpest photos even compared to my Oly M. Zuiko EZ kit lens
-
I take photos for our company -- so not a professional photographer, but I do need capture website-worthy photos that are ready for marketing brochures
-
Captured some cool photos with it.
-
Brilliant photo quality, great value for money
-
The photos are beautiful
-
Small, lightweight and takes great photos.
-
OIS is great and necessary for handheld at 200mm otherwise even at 1/1000 speed I get blurry photos
-
If i had to buy my first lens for the camera i'd probably pick up the 14-140mm vs. this one since with that you don't really have to deal with changing lenses or miss any photos
-
Coming from those kit lenses, the first thing I noticed is how tack sharp the photos are.
-
It takes great photos and videos on my G7
-
I took some fine photos of strdavarius violins right off--beautiful, shimmering images.
-
I just love taking photos, especially with stuff that works so well, and especially at a
-
Sharp photos and video
-
It's a HUGE improvement in speed and sound compared to Olympus kit lens that comes with their u4/3 cameras.--I've had problems taking low light photos as it struggles to focus on subjects, especially when zoomed in
-
This lens, in combination with the camera, has given me some of the nicest photos quality-wise that I have taken
-
The auto focus can seem to hunt around a bit, depending, but it hasn't failed to lock in and take great photos, especially in low light
-
I happened to spot some deer on the way home, so I stopped the car, changed the lens, stepped out, and was able to take some decent photos of the animals as they maneuvered through the treeline
-
Making great photos!
-
I just like having good photos around and then lens is very versatile.
-
I've taken some great photos with it, I use it more than the kit lens
-
Some of my best photos have come from this lens, and it feels right at home on smaller bodies
-
But I still recommend it for tripod/gimble work and of course photos
-
this lens gives great photos and softens the background.
-
It takes amazing photos
-
Poor photo quality
-
Assumed the photos would all be blurry, I was just messing around, learning to handle the lens
-
With a table table tripod (709B for example), this 45/200 mm lens and a GF1 - one easily put together a great, compact kit for shooting excellent video - as well as for taking pretty decent photos.
