Lovely bokeh, uber compact/lightweight (but feels high quality), and versatile
-
It is of exceptional value and quality for it's price!
-
Pros-Fantastic cost efficiency-Great optical quality; images in focus turn out very sharp and clear-Size; it is pretty small for the focal range-Weight; it isn't heavy-Bokeh; dreamy and beautiful, particularly at
-
It is superior quality to the "kit lens" fitted to the camera which has that plastic feel with barrel drag
-
Micro43 has a bright future if they can continue to make such small lenses while improving build quality.
-
Optical quality is excellent
-
Super sharp and high quality.
-
But once its set up and in focus it delivers beautiful quality.
-
Built quality seems good
-
Brilliant photo quality, great value for money
-
good quality lens at this price point ... very useable throughout the full range.
-
This little lens weighs a few ounces, is very inconspicuous, and provides excellent quality
-
What's not so typical is the superb image quality, great stabilization, and quality build
-
The build quality is very good.
-
Great image quality but my lens hood fell off when hiking through tall weeds
-
Excellent Amazon delivery & quality!
-
If one knows how to photograph, this lens with the rest of the Panasonic micro 4/3 system are still first choice for contained size, weight and cost, and good quality
-
quality- Fast focus stills and movie modes- Very good image stabilization even at full
-
It has excellent image quality, sharp, fast, nice bokeh etc
-
I find the whole setup to be well balanced, offering a great quality/price ratio and a ton of fun to use for a full day of shooting
-
If Panasonic ever makes a 14-140mm f2.5 for $300 I will probably buy it, but until then I'm quite happy with great quality 20mm fixed prime and this 45-200mm budget telephoto.
-
Amazing optical quality, nice bokeh, fast focusing, fast aperture, light and cheap
-
Both have excellent image quality.
-
Love the size and quality and I am sure if the G1 suited your requirements then this lens will too.
-
The quality is superb and it is a joy to shoot with.
-
Overall good quality lens and so far my experience has been positive
-
Not being able to zoom is definitely weird at first but the quality of pictures and the depth of focus are insane for a $150 lens
-
Quality solid
-
a necessary lens good quality
-
The trial pics taken with it in our house are of pretty good quality, though we actually purchased it for outdoors and journeys
-
This lens exceeds the quality and value of the outstanding Zuiko Digital 4/3 45-150mm kit lens found on Olympus E-xx series kits from about 2-3 years ago.
-
This lens, in combination with the camera, has given me some of the nicest photos quality-wise that I have taken
-
The build quality is fine
-
It is a good quality lens
-
Produces very good pictures quality and is very light and small
-
Given the price, the quality of the image is very good, and focusing is amazingly quiet (this is a concern if you are planning to shoot videos)
-
The best pictures quality I got between f 5.6 to f 8.0 with my Lumix GX85 .The zoom range 45-150 is adequate for me for now
-
It's very practical, offers great value and great image quality.
-
Poor photo quality
-
Disappointing image quality.
-
Nice build quality; feels sturdy.
-
However, I do not feel that the pictures taken with it are quite as sharp as I had hoped.
-
Not near as sharp as I had hoped.
-
My only real complaint with it is that the photos it takes are not as crisp and amazing as with the other lenses I have
-
I was not expecting the shots to be as sharp and beautiful as they are... what a pleasant surprise
-
With a table table tripod (709B for example), this 45/200 mm lens and a GF1 - one easily put together a great, compact kit for shooting excellent video - as well as for taking pretty decent photos.
-
It is very "plastic-y" and doesn't really inspire the user with confidence.
