Superb images and excellent bokeh

Lovely bokeh, uber compact/lightweight (but feels high quality), and versatile

As many people already said, it's not the sharpest, fastest, best bokeh lens available, but it's small, light and has a very decent performance

I have found that the lens produces wonderful bokeh, particularly at 200mm.

i'd argue that once printed at letter sizes or less, you won't know the difference.i was surprised how nice the bokeh is.

For a $150 lens, this has amazingly sharp optics and the bokeh is amazing.

I use this for video, and it does a great job of getting nice wide angles as well as nice close-ups with good bokeh.

I am very pleased with it for outdoor portraits and flower closeups with great bokeh.

Although at f4.0-5.6 it's not the brightest, it's reasonable, and a nice Bokeh effect is smooth and reasonably achievable under most circumstances.

you get that delicious Bokeh

With the right technique its possible to get good background separation and bokeh with this lens, but its not as easy as with a fast prime.

With the right aperture setting, it has beautiful bokeh and the image quality is pretty good, though I can see this lens upstaged by more pricey lenses

What it DOES do is take fantastic pictures with wonderful sharpness, focus quickly, and provide some great bokeh if the subject is close enough

BOKEH IS NICE AND SHALLOW

autofocus is fast and reliable (tested on g85) and images come sharp with a beautiful bokeh when set to f1.7

The bokeh it provides is amazing, so is the speed of the lens.

Comparing it to the 14-42mm kit lens, it definitely gives a nicer bokeh, very milky
