It is extremely frustrating to watch a portion of a movie (that you have paid for) and then lose all network connectivity.

But the wireless connectivity is terrible, and 90% of the reason I purchased it was for the wireless access, particularly to Amazon VOD.

But nevertheless by that assessment continues to be a good Bluray, easy connectivity, simple menu.

Doesn't respond to remote, screen randomly goes black but you can still hear sound, horrible connectivity to wifi for apps (netflix, amazon) save your money for an actual 4k player, not an upscaler.

I can imagine how attempting wireless would compound the issues even more (connectivity, stuttering, etc.).

I loved the local access to my videos and music on my computer and the Internet wireless access to online content like my Netflix, until it suddenly looses connectivity and can't re-connect without a reboot.

My unit ran pretty well with Netflix for about a month, then the WiFi totally died (no connectivity at all with Netflix or any other internet functions).

Save your money, the wireless connectivity is awful, inconsistent and requires a call to customer support to reconfiguire the unit depending on your type router and/or provider

The guy won't budge and refused to let me talk to a supervisor or more knowledgeable rep, even after I threatened to return the player to Amazon - he couldn't care less!I was getting ready to return the player, but then I read a negative review on Amazon about this particular problem and followed the reviewer suggestion; adjusted the A/V settings and the sync corrected itself
