Made the usual mistake of not reading the directions carefully and burned a DVD, which did not work.
-
I don't have cable tv or anything, so I use this to watch Netflix, Amazon Instant Videos (free with my Prime membership!), and YouTube, as well as DVD and blu-ray movies
-
Overall:This is a good DVD player especially for the price.
-
Makes your standard DVD's look great
-
I attributed it to the fact that the DVD was dirty or flawed.
-
It works well enough as a DVD player.
-
This one will load nearly as fast as my DVD player
-
So basically I purchased a glorified DVD player when it comes down to it
-
Plays regular DVD and Blu-Ray great
-
DVD's look incredible
-
It might be a fine blue ray/DVD player if that's all you want.
-
slow to load & flumoxed by some computer generated DVDs but handles DVD & Blu-Ray as well as DVD-
-
For the price this is a great Dvd player I would highly recommend it.
-
I read previous reviews and they mostly seemed to agree that the player was a good Bluray/DVD player, but a very poor streaming device (Netflix).
-
but it's a perfect DVD/Bluray/Streaming player.

Really nice DVD player, unfortunately it really could of used a wireless connection to my network instead of having to run a LAN cord to it

The video and sound is outstanding playing DVD's and Blu-Ray disc

Now that bluray and 3D formats have been tested I wanted to choose a proper DVD player to match my new Panasonic 3D

Full HD 3D Plasma TV).With a decent standard DVD player and TV

After trying other DVD's, unplugging and reconnecting the disc player, I concluded the DVD is faulty.

A great sounding DVD player with stereo out jacks for use with older style (non HDMI) stereo amps and receivers.
-
Good dvd and blue ray picture and sound.
-
Not a huge issue except the player will autoplay a DVD when turned on
-
Great DVD player
-
My one beef is that it's not intuitive on how you automatically skip to the main menu of a dvd or blu-ray, pretty minor issue
-
For 2 days and many hours I have been trying to burn a dvd+r,4.7 gb disk inorder to update the firmware.with 2 computers with 2 operating systems, xp and windows 7, without success

So far the best affordable DVD player

I thought the DVD was scratched or bad

Don't find any difference in picture quality from cheap DVD player without up scaling.

All in all if you're just looking for a low cost player that does the basics such as play bd/dvd discs this player works like a charm

Very sensitive to smudged or imperfect rental Blu-ray DVD's

Took 10 minutes to get the dvd out once the unit died but we were able to get it to eject

Awesome DVD player

Good DVD player but the interface for apps is very slow and clunky.

great 3D DVD player!

This, all in addition to being a great dvd/blu-ray player itself makes it an excellent choice

I bought this lat year thinking it would play 4K discs when they came out however it will only upscale a DVD to Blu-ray or a Blu-Ray to 4K.
-
This is a great DVD player and it has great internet
-
3-D is great as well and it's slim enough to fit anywhere
-
This is by far one of the best 3-D blu-ray players I have ever used.
-
The guy won't budge and refused to let me talk to a supervisor or more knowledgeable rep, even after I threatened to return the player to Amazon - he couldn't care less!I was getting ready to return the player, but then I read a negative review on Amazon about this particular problem and followed the reviewer suggestion; adjusted the A/V settings and the sync corrected itself
-
"My Favorite Remote" Advanced Universal Remote Control for up to 18 A/V Components which is nice because it's easier than keeping track of remotes for all of our devices
