I love the way they write, the thickness of the lead, and of course the fun colors

I like the thickness of the barrel but the place they place the lever to retract the lead is...in a word stupid

but, I well made pencil that writes smoothly and is easy to advance the lead

These are my favorite pencils and the price for them is great

A great pencil that I've used for the longest time but the picture was misleading, because when it came in the mail it had two packs stapled together of the same colors.

The eraser residue is heavier and dirtier than nicer erasers I've used in the past

My kid prefers mechanical pencils to regular pencils and these are really the best she's ever used

Her early math teachers demanded that the kids use mechanical pencils to allow them to get used to college math classes, and to limit the noise from a bunch of children sharpening pencils all throughout class

If this were a pack that you could mix and match to make five mechanical pencils, or if this was just the one mechanical pencil with the amazing eraser but without the extra parts, I'd love this product

So while this product is cute, it isn't really economical (practically speaking)

(That's about the only downside of these lead pencils; the grip turns darker over time from usage and since the barrel is clear, you can see build up of lead "stains" on the interior.)My only other complaint pertains my seller's shipping...my pencils arrived in the original packaging with just a shipping label slapped on top of it

The grip on the pen feels great when I'm drawing and having the little button on for more lead is placed so perfectly.

It feels great in your hand, and the grip is very comfortable

I'm left handed as well as hold pencils differently,I put the pencil between my thumb and RING finger, and these are comfortable as well as giving a very sure grip when writing or drawing

I like the grip on these, and they fit my hand perfectly.

These are my favorite pencils ever, they last forever, sturdy, well built, good grip, pretty colors, a bit expensive but considering I still have some of these from middle school and am now in law

The color of the pencil barrel doesn't change either and doesn't really compliment the bright colored end caps

Maybe a little kid might think this color scheme (or lack of it) great

I have seen cheaper Paper Mate mechanical pencils, that may not have the cool eraser colors, but are just as effective

The eraser is great in this set which not the norm for these pencils.

This is exactly what does on when retracting the eraser - it gets twisted counterclockwise and sinks in to the pencil

The only complaint I have is that the eraser gets loose easily.

Unfortunately, the eraser also advances and retracts while erasing.

If this were a pack that you could mix and match to make five mechanical pencils, or if this was just the one mechanical pencil with the amazing eraser but without the extra parts, I'd love this product

The one thing is the clip on it always breaks off, but I really don't see that as a hinderance.

The clip on the side is cheap plastic and WILL break if you either use the clip in anyway at all ever, even once, but also if you put the pencil in your pocket

So when I saw this "kit" I was excited because some of my pencils have lost the clip and most need new erasers

Sometimes the clip breaks off, but sadly several whole tops have been lost (the part with the eraser).
