I have had different issues arise that always turn out to be user error, but I have called parrot many times and always get great help on the phone

After reading many of them, it seems like user error is a big culprit too

There are some negative reviews, can't speak for those, but I would think some are user error

Let's see how customer service does I hear good and bad things I just hope they understand that it was not user error at all
