PDP Universal Media Remote Control for PS4, TV, Cable Box & Audio Receiver

    • I use the remote daily for streaming services on PS4 (Plex, Netflix, Hulu, Vue, Spotify) with no issues, as well as controlling my TV for over the air broadcasts
    • This creates huge issues when the thing doesn't have a full control code available to your device
    • (I don't use it for controlling other devices like TV or AMP
    • Tested PS4 apps such as YouTube as well, and all controls appear to work just fine
    • The remote control was very easy to set up
    • I enjoy my PlayStation 4 for watching movies more than Xbox one because of usability of the remote Control options available to me.
    • The PS4 doesn't support volume control as far as I
    • The tough part though is it didn't seem like the controls always worked
    • I watch tv through my son's PlayStation and this remote control makes it so much easier
    • The remote control for the PS3 was fantastic and I had high hopes for this one
    • I had no trouble controlling DVDs, Blu-rays, Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos, or my own media files.
    • Horribly unresponsive controls mean you will often have to push buttons repeatedly (not talking about when bluetooth powers off)
    • I almost bought a second one for my bedroom TV + PS4 but since that TV is the old Sony, it gives me just enough control that another one of these remotes isn't quite necessary
    • The control of TV and audio devices with only one remote control cleans up the table a little bit
    • Pairing was not difficult and remote controls PS4 functionality very well, especially in media applications such as YouTube and Netflix which I primarily use (when not playing games).

    • It is not the best remote control, but it is not the worst either
