I'm resorting to leaving a crappy review for my device as it does not work and PDP doesn't appear to be honoring their warranty.

I saw the poor reviews for this product before I purchased, but I was hopeful I'd be able to avoid the bluetooth pairing problems.

I took a chance on buying this remote even though the reviews are overwhelmingly negative--because I wanted something for watching dvds, Netflix, Hulu, etc

A person may have to apply themselves a little to get it to work with their devices, but that certainly is not a deal breaker or a reason to condemn this device, I am sorry I listened to the disgruntled reviews and did not purchase this much sooner.
