Pebble never identified the product as flawed when I reported issues and I never received support that fixed the issue.

This is my second pebble and I just love this product

Another plus is that Pebble is always updating and improving while still supporting legacy product.

It can be frustrating and a little buggy, but overall is a good product with ever-increasing features

After "upgrading" to the Moto 360 and using it for a year, while it certainly is a fancier product- it carried a ton of baggage- the entire Android Wear platform is fairly flakey- some apps work, some don't, various crashes/freezes are common, disconnects from Bluetooth, random extreme battery drain occasionally occured, not to mention at minimum the watch would need a charge EVERY night and sometimes be dicey to last even a day if there is any kind of app usage.
