If you prefer retractactable pens, Pentel also has Energel Style and the less expensive Energel Alloy.

I started with purchasing the disposable models and eventually upgraded to a nicer refillable model (EnerGel Alloy).

So yeah, based solely on how they write, I much prefer the Energel over the Jetstream
