Apparently the non-retractable tip got a little bent and so the pencil stopped working

The lead guide tip seems to be welded on and I guess the weld wasn't very strong

I like that the tip isn't retractable.

I am oddly addicted to these mechanical pencils: great tip, nice heft, solid grip, good eraser.

Excellent graphite quality, it writes smoothly and I haven't broken a tip since buying them a month ago

The only downside I've had with it is that good gravy the tip of it, even with the lead retracted is like a weapon

But sometimes I wish the tip wasn't so sharp so that I can put them in my pocket without poking myself.

Pro tip: These are fantastic for mathematics classes that require a lot of writing and correcting while you are solving problems.

The solid metal tip and metal lead jaws reduce lead breakage, have zero slop, it is very light, its the perfect size, and it has a seriously awesome eraser

This slightly different version is just like the one I
