Overall Persona 5 has been crafted to fulfill the needs of many types of gamers, and I, as a casual gamer who usually plays games for likable characters and great stories, am very pleased and invested with this game, and I am excited to fully complete the game and unravel more of the story
-
But that just speaks to how well these characters were written
-
I thought some of the characters would fit into generic tropes, and although they did fit into tropes a bit, there was still some more added flavor and depth to the characters to avoid making the characters to bland and predictable
-
And it is, there characters are incredibly refreshing and I love the dynamic certain characters have with one another

More of the same, but with better characters (the best, in my opinion) and fun combat
-
Great gameplay, great story, and memorable characters.
-
Any twists or surprises are given away before they're relevant, and the main character (who is supposed to be a self-insert) "forgets" things in order to attempt to surprise the player.
-
Persona 3 and 4 were astonishingly good at characters, to the point where even if I disliked a character, it was just because they were the type of person I don't get along with in real life
-
The characters seem great too
-
The storyline is amazing, the characters are fantastic, and the gameplay is great
-
Fantastic characters, a good story, wonderful music, and fun combat all come together to make an incredible game.
-
It has such an amazing story, and characters
-
The characters are seriously the best in the series
-
The characters and confidants were all likable, and the gameplay was immersive and addicting.
-
Aesthetically pleasing, great characters, and a cool fighting system

A part of me wants to say that making each Social Link beneficial in a unique way can undermine the idea that the player should follow Social Links solely based on how much they like the character behind it, but I'm probably just a curmudgeon
