In my situation it’s just a REALLY expensive/overpriced camera.

We love our PetChatz camera!

Looking back though, my other complaint is the camera.

The camera is very clear (umm, so clear I can see my dusty floors when I call my pet, haha), and the treats system works really well

It's a nice camera and you're able to communicate with your pet but there were some things that Made me regret a little bit my purchase

We love the new PetChatz HD camera

The camera would not load and the app would freeze or something....there was no point in having this camera if I couldn't
