The software updates have much improved all aspects of the product - the picture is clear, I have not have any connectivity issues, and I am able to be at ease now that I can check in on our new puppy while I'm at work
Picture on the phone is completely horrible
I love how both me and my dog can talk and SEE each other, the picture is clear and the sound is great too
The picture is clear on both ends and the machine functions very well
The marketing material makes it look like the picture is DSLR like, however in reality an old iphone 3GS is about on par with the video quality.
I am not sure how many times my poor pet had to listen to these weird noises when he was home
I could not understand anything she said!!On top of the poor quality video/audio, the device started making really weird noises
I would highly recommend this device to anyone who misses their pet(s) during the workday.
The other reasons for the return are that the screen was scratched when we removed the plastic shield; the treat dispenser doesn’t consistently work; you have to use their treats or you void the warranty; you have to have a WiFi connection to your phone to watch or call; there is a loud static noise; the screen was sometimes color and sometimes black and white.
Another thing to note, if you do not press the "hang up" button and just close out by force quiting or turning off your screen, you will also get spooky noises that will play on loop
I would totally give this 5 stars if the Android app was less touchy, and if the screen on the unit were a bit bigger (the unit itself is large, but the screen is just a few inches across).
I had trouble accessing the app on my
The app is horrible
In addition, the app continually crashed my phone; and even though we have wifi with 120mbps download speeds, video was ALWAYS choppy and disconnected
The app on the phone constantly has various errors.
