I could not understand anything she said!!On top of the poor quality video/audio, the device started making really weird noises

The other reasons for the return are that the screen was scratched when we removed the plastic shield; the treat dispenser doesn’t consistently work; you have to use their treats or you void the warranty; you have to have a WiFi connection to your phone to watch or call; there is a loud static noise; the screen was sometimes color and sometimes black and white.

I am not sure how many times my poor pet had to listen to these weird noises when he was home

Another thing to note, if you do not press the "hang up" button and just close out by force quiting or turning off your screen, you will also get spooky noises that will play on loop

The box has a feature that you can set the sensitivity on it for load crashes or loud noise

I would highly recommend this device to anyone who misses their pet(s) during the workday.
