I loved the packaging and the overall design of the Petcube

I was at a dead end with figuring it out and emailed their customer support

There is a decided language problem in dealing with their customer support

I've been through this with customer support three times

Customer support is useless and none of the 4-5 people I spoke with provided any actual solutions

Picture is not smooth like TV but for less than $200, I think this is a great device

Not only does the laser pointer work as it should, it is also brighter and the device was much easier to set up than the faulty one was.

The laser game is a bit hard to use depending on which room you place it in
