Plus, from my perspective, we lost power for several days following Hurricane Michael and I had trouble getting the camera back online.

The second instance occurred during a storm when my house lost power and the Internet somehow reset to the original login

After 2 hours of resetting the pet cube, powering off and on, installing the latest android update (7.1.2), running my phone is safe mode, etc etc etc, it still wouldn't work
