Having issue of bad connectivity to a device and also communicating problem

I recently got a new phone, and while the connectivity is much better, the battery life is horrible

Great sound, connectivity and love the magnets.

Lost connectivity and the headphones will no produce a signal for me to re-establish a connnection.

Second, while they work perfectly well on stationary equipment in the gym, like the treadmill or elliptical machine, they break connectivity as soon as I move from one machine to another.

When I had an iPhone 6, the connectivity was HORRIBLE

Connectivity is fine and they are comfortable, but will not last you much more than a year with heavy use

Some connectivity issues with iPhone X, and the sound isn’t great unless you have a perfect seal in your ear, which is hard to maintain when working out.

However, the battery now lasts for about 20 to 30 minutes before it loses connectivity to a device and randomly shuts down

Overall the design of the product is very nice, and the connectivity to my phone was easy
