The right ear bud stopped working properly

It only lasted 2 months before the right ear bud started shorting

No audio comes out of the right ear bud now for some reason

These are very comfortable, light weight and stay in my ears well

At first, I noticed the right ear plug not working properly, sounds coming in and out.

BUT when I tried these brand new headphones, the right ear was silent.

These are my favorite ear buds.

Update - after using these for 6 months the connection to the right ear piece failed so I could hear only out of the left ear piece

However, I did not use them for the last week or two and came back to the right ear bud getting fuzzy and disconnected

Maybe it’s because I have messed up ears

I had this product for about a year and the right ear went dead and isn’t playing any more

I absolutely love these and would highly recommend them, especially if you have small ears and struggle to find headphones that are comfortable.

I loved these headphones until 6 months in to owning these headphones my right ear bud stopped working.

My particular pair shorted out in the right ear after 4 months, but an explanatory email to the seller, Phaiser, resulted in a speedy replacement

Hurt my ears, the little screen thing fell off and wouldn't go back on again, couldn't get them to pair with the computer consistently... returned.

I use this headphones mainly in gym doing mainly weight lifting I workout for about an hour, what i dont like about them that they are not comfortable after 30 minute use the start to bug in ear, also wire is very annoying and the placement of button keep banging my face

Buds lasted around 4 months when the right ear bud went out

Then the magnet started falling out of the left ear

and I have sensitive ears

Both my boys say these are great ear buds, the best they ever had

Unfortunately, the medium piece hurts my right ear if I keep it in too long

My wife loved them, but then the right ear bud went out after only a couple of weeks.

It is eerie to me that, in both pairs of headphones, the right ear does not work.

They were what I expected, fit my ears well and they sound great.

Great ear phones after having trouble with ear phones fitting in the past the addition of the memory foam buds was fantastic

I decided I would deal with it and just use the right ear, but then they stopped charging, would start dropping calls, not connecting, then finally, they wouldn't turn on at all

They had an amazing range and sound quality and also stayed in my ears well

However, a few weeks ago, the right ear bud stopped working

Bought it in November, and love it, isolates sound well and fits into ears well

My right ear needed the smallest earpiece, while my left ear uses the medium-sized piece

I’m still trying to figure out which tips fit my ear the best, but otherwise, I haven’t had any issues

I’m no audiophile, but they sounded good enough, people could hear me clearly, and they were relatively comfortable for longish periods of time, which is saying a lot for me, because almost all earbuds hurt my ears rather quickly

Then, one month ago, the right ear started having static and finally stopped producing audio completely.

My ears are pretty big and i prefer earbuds that are curved rather than straight Ones like these For running

Week one I wore them for three days at four or five hours each time and was blown away, my ears never got sore (a miracle) and the sound and battery quality is great

The only problem I had was when my first pair stopped working in the left ear

However, after having them for less than six months, the right ear completely went out

Recently my first wireless ear buds broke.

Unfortunately, after about 9 months the wiring to the right ear bud is starting to fail, causing static and sound to cut out to that side

One minor problematic thing I've found is that on a very busy bus ride they do not go super high (which is kind of good to protect my ears), but because they do not block noise, I've found it hard to listen and understand talk

I find the ear buds comfortable to wear and that they are very secure in my ear

Unfortunately only 7 months after purchasing, the left earbud has failed (sound is only coming out of the right ear).

Additionally, for aome reason my right ear has always given me problems with earbud fitment.

The music sounds great... but... they same pair of headphones have broken on me twice, with the same problem, the right ear stops working

It is a sad day today, that I need to finally replacement as the right ear is starting to get 'buzzy'.

I lightly tugged on the line once and there is no longer sound at all in the right ear

This may be particular to me, not standard ear shape I guess, it hurts my ear lob a bit cause of the wire connecting the earbud heads - it protrudes a bit (reason for 4 stars)

The microphone still works which leads me to believe it was the point at which the wire from the right ear bud entered the power supply/mic unit where the failure occurred

The right ear piece stopped working about 7 month after I purchased it, and the support staff was very helpful in troubleshooting and finding a solution to the problem.

Loved everything about it, until I took it today and the right ear is out of service

I got tired of the converter thingy for my wired ear buds to work with my iPhone7, so I got these wireless ear buds.

I am not that happy because the buds are not great they keep falling out my ears

I was using Sony headphones before and they would fall off my ear all the time

My only con is the static noise I hear in the right ear bud when I am placing them in my ear

I also like that the ends are magnets ,so you don’t have to worry about losing them as they connect together when you have them around your neck

Have been using these for a year now and they are working just as great as they were when i got them new, very rugged and reliable
