These headphones do an excellent job of noise cancellation and connect easily to multiple devices
As others have observed they do a fairly good job of presenting music and speech but are lacking in bass compared to the LG hbs-730 & hbs-750, both of which I own although the 730's no longer operate.
Bose did a pretty good job by placing the dongle near the connector for the headphone check rather than having it hang lose in the middle of the cord like some other active noise cancelling headphones, but I definitely prefer the collar design as it allows the headphone to easily rest around my neck when I do not have the earbuds in my ears
They have a little boom mic that did a great job so that people on the other end of the line didn't even hear anything in the background no matter where I was.
Since they do a decent job as a simple headset I won't give them lower than 3 stars, but don't buy them for the NC feature
They are confortable to wear, and if you put them inside the shirt people around won`t even notice
The noise cancellation feature (toggles on or off) was not why I bought it but is quite impressive as an option when you need to hear better
If you need active noise cancellation, phone calls, and music these are probably your best inexpensive, low profile option.
Pairing to my iPhone via bluetooth was super easy and you can even hardwire them if you need to which is a great option that not a lot of wireless headphones have.
I love the option to pause music for a moment and listen to outside noises without having to take the ear buds out

They're good with phone calls, and their noise cancellation wasn't bad, although I have nothing to compare them to, since I've never used noise cancelling phones before

The ANC feature is more of a gimmick since it doesn't actually eliminate much background noise, which makes it completely useless as an option in the subway and similar places with loud sounds
