These are very expensive bulbs to replace; why should the burden be on the customer who paid a substantial amount for them to have to jump through hoops to receive a replacement for a defective product as determined by the manufacturer?

I had hopes I'd love this product, that they would coordinate with Siri/ Alexa/Google Home better than my TP bulbs, install easily, and preferably all match
