I also like the soft grip as I write a lot and my hands and fingers get fatigued after a while

And I needed a good pen for school and gel pens don't always work for me because my hand runs across the paper and smears my ink

They have a nice medium-sized rubber grip (I have smallish hands), they never smear or run, and they last a long time

Damp wet hands, rain, sweat, condensation from a drink... any amount of liquid moisture smudges the ink.

The only trouble I have with them is the ink is quite wet (gel, I guess), so being a lefty I have to be careful not to drag my hand across recent writing

but eventually your hand will feel crappy after hours of writing which is what I do in the medical field

If they crapped as the ink well ran dry, fine, but they don't
