The sound quality won't blow you away if you've used higher-end systems, but it's a significant improvement of built-in TV / monitor speakers.

My initial thought of the speakers was they seem to be lacking in the low-end region but if you tweak a couple settings you can get some good bass out of these, we have these mounted in out pole barn one speaker in each corner and these can get loud, you can feel the bass if you touch the wall on the other side of the barn

The sound is good, but the bass stinks and distorts even at low levels, it is not the speaker, it is the central unit

Love the product but unfortunately the tech support is not the best.

Some of these reviews are left by people like an older relative who calls you for tech support because something isn't working when in reality it's a small fix and usually something they did wrong to screw up a perfectly good device

Bluetooth is a nice function and the whole unit is all pretty intuitive.

They determined the unit was defective and covered under warranty

If you don't intend on using the HDMI feature, this is a great budget unit

UPDATE*******Cable/Sat HDMI will no longer output audio the other HDMI ports output sound just fine, does not play well with Xbox one S, When checking settings on Xbox one S HDR is not being passed through the receiver, I have ARC on as well as pass through and still no luck.

Works great, great audio and bass for the price

Running an optical audio cable from the device would work, but many devices do not support optical audio and the unit only has a single optical input

Had the unit for about 3 months before the audio from the Cable/Sat HDMI port failed

I currently have the newest Roku attached to it along with my PS4 and even sync my phone up to it for flawless audio streaming
