I currently have the newest Roku attached to it along with my PS4 and even sync my phone up to it for flawless audio streaming

Running an optical audio cable from the device would work, but many devices do not support optical audio and the unit only has a single optical input

UPDATE*******Cable/Sat HDMI will no longer output audio the other HDMI ports output sound just fine, does not play well with Xbox one S, When checking settings on Xbox one S HDR is not being passed through the receiver, I have ARC on as well as pass through and still no luck.

Works great, great audio and bass for the price

Had the unit for about 3 months before the audio from the Cable/Sat HDMI port failed
