Other than that i love the interface and the looks.

What you will find with some cheap\unkown brand name HUs is that the bluetooth modules would have crappy compression and an outdated interface so the sound quality over wireless is terrible, but with a 3.5mm auxillary plug it would sound great

Her struggle with PC's and Android's buggy, unfamiliar and inconsistent user interfaces lead her to Apple which she enjoys using much more

The sound is a pain to get right, the interface isn't intuitive (which Home button do I use) and Pioneer has dropped the ball on keeping their own software maintained.

it was very difficult to install in my 2008 Saturn Outlook (not physically that was actually quite easy) but getting the correct interfaces and interface modules was sort of a challenge.

If It worked as without restarting and the volume issue I would easily recommend this unit to others.

However the issue is, it simply doesnt work as you would want it

There is still some room for improvement in terms of software stability, but it works reasonably well (as to be expected with tech these days) and it sounds great too

This was frustrating when it would crash as you would have to turn your car on and off to restart it when it would crash

I have tried screen protectors and the result is as bad as without
