The sound is great

The sound is pretty good, considering it is a car system.

With those two things being said the sound from this is pretty amazing

Dollar for dollar this has to be one of the best multi-media head units you can buy (I got a great price).It's packed with features, sounds great, can be setup in "network mode" (active 3-way... tweeters/midrange/sub instead of front/rear/sub), has built in HD radio (which is awesome) and the list goes

The sound I get out of the existing speakers is much better - I know have Navigation by plugging in my iPhone and car play - no real need to have built in GPS with the higher end models as you get it from your phone through car play.

The hardware is great I love the music and sound, however the software and their operating system freezes and crashes on a constant basis to where I have to completely stop my car and turn the car
