The free software does basically everything you need except allow you to record yourself.

im actually selling mine cause i have hard time with serato lite, i wont recommend you to buy this product because of bad support of serato, and the software is not so good

MIXXX, on the other hand, (free software!) allows you to direct the sound anywhere you want, bypassing the DDJ-SB3, while still keeping control over the trim, EQ, filtering, and playback control from the DDJ.
