Unfortunately, Pioneer was totally unresponsive in finding a way to fix this.

Perhaps Pioneer can solve this issue with another firmware update

I don't know if I am just lucky or if Pioneer has worked out the bugs, but knock on wood, I haven't had any problems at all.

I asked Pioneer to replace them (since I bought everything from Pioneer), but they refused saying that the warranty only covers the radio.
