This product is highly misrepresenting

It took 20 plus phone calls to get the Sony company to take back their defective product.

What a neat product

I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Pros: in addition to those just described, we bought this product frankly because it fit our audio-visual cabinet.

I do not need the headache; it gets returned and my search continues for a more reliable product.

I would recommend this product more than the Sony gigachanger.
