Plus the range and battery life are very good.

What I Like:-Docking system makes this headset simple to use and keep charged-Can quickly take the headset off the dock and put in ear when the phone rings - don't have to wear it constantly-Great call quality on both ends-Good volume controls-Easy to set up, just plug-and-play-Good range - I can walk around the whole office on the phone (not that I really ever do)-Sleek look-Comfortable - comes with many ear-tips for a custom

It has some pretty amazing range ( I would guess about 80 to 100 feet, office staff can walk all the way from the front reception area to the back kitchen before it starts cutting out ).

I haven't tested the battery or range too much yet, but so far so good.
