Connects my Polycom to my Plantronics, works as expected.

This is connected to a Plantronics Savvi 740 headset system and a Polycom VVX 410 VoIP phone and works perfectly

I use a polycom vvx500 phone and Plantronics c054 wireless headset and this works great with it.
