I did purchase this headset over a year ago and it instantly started cracking and I had to resort to using tape because I work from home and couldn't afford to lose time and money trying to wait for another headset to be delivered and now it is completely trash.

That means that every time I want to use the headset, I need to fumble around at the back of the unit to switch

When I did use it, the callers stated that they had a difficult time hearing me.

It falls down all the time.

Works from home, pays his own expenses so buying it right the first time is important

and it's fallen to the floor 3 times already.
