I have had several occasions where I ran out of battery on the Legend and had to go to my prior Voyager because I did not have the proprietary charger on my person (there is always a mini USB charger somewhere, so I could charge my backups).

I love the headset and charger

Seems to be no reason to use a proprietary charger, except to sell additional products

The other "fault" is the charger.

The charger us easy to use

It might sound like a small thing, but in the absence of that VERY SHORT wired proprietary charger, the thing goes dead, and I am without a headpiece -- the other features don't count if the battery is dead.

This product doesn't fit in your ear correctly and the charger that came with it was defective

Some people hate the proprietary charger connection

I thought the charger was messed up but got it working

The magnetic charger is too touchy and half the time it will not charge

The included chargers work great and charges very quickly

2nd one the charger quit working after 1 month.

I'd also recommend the charger for it.

This is a great blue tooth but the charger is poor

I like the Bluetooth headset itself but the short magnetic charger doesn't make a good connection and therefore won't charge my headset.

It is a proprietary charger that attaches to the headset with a weak magnet.

Key features are quick charging, nice magnetic hold in the portable and desk charger

The Voyager Legend includes a charger, but it's so touchy that I can't get it to fit in the port perfectly enough to charge

Charger is good for me, better than a micro usb charger

My husband hates the magnetic charger because he is using it in the car mostly where Bluetooth fall down constantly

I am not sure who plantronics has in their cad department designing these things, but the charger is just absolutely crap.

This includes a/c in a car if the vent is blowing directly at the microphone base

Let's put it like this; I've tried a bunch (I mean, probably 20 or more) different headsets, purchased here as well as when I was in China (they have a bazillion different offerings there) and this one is the best I've used

The base product is great, but it is not very durable - honestly disappointed as I can usually get a few years out of any given bluetooth.

It works as if it was refurbished and boxed up as new

We did use the dry white rice soak for 24 hours before we charged it back up and found that it worked just as good as before

Ear covers all broke as I tried to put them on

Why doesn't it just work as it should....

I expect this one to be a great as my first.
