Does not pick up on significant background noise, so that was great in my car.
Pleased with this one - much better quality sound and it really provides great noise reduction
I can drive freeway speeds in my Honda Civic (very loud road noise), and the person on the phone can always hear me.
This model has great noise canceling on the microphone and great sound in general
When worn on my right ear it would make an obnoxious buzzing noise when I would take a call, but move the headset to the left ear and the buzzing magically disappeared.

Its sound is clear even if there is noise in the environment
Super clear sound for both me and the person on the other end.
I would think the call had dropped when I heard nothing from the other side of the conversation, or would hear the faint sound of someone talking and realize I was hearing the caller on my phone handset, not the Voyager
However, most of the times when I am on a conference call, my audience keeps remind me they can’t hear me or that the sound is quite inaudible mostly
,they can't hear it or sound terrible , i end up buy new head set.

love it, works great, not tooo happy with the charger, its a special type and if lost you might be screwed, its not your typical micro plug style, other then that the Bluetooth works great !
This Plantronics Voyager wireless bluetooth works in a similar fashion to one I had for years before the rubber holding the electronics to the earpiece finally broke.
junk, warranty, service complicated, was working only on my MOTO Z, not on Samsung
It doesn't last me more than 3 months for some reason this is the second time it quit working and completely die doesn't
The one that comes with the headset works well enough, but the charger case is so much easier to deal with than the magnetic cord charger in my opinion.

Great sounding headset my only one grip with this product is the proprietary earpiece the silicone ear pieces are bad on peoples ears and can be quite painful to get it to not hurt sensitive ears or people with silicon sensitivity
The only downfall for me, the earbud doesn’t fit my ear
I also purchased the charging case, which only works when the phone is arranged for the right ear
The charger is a magnetic strip, not a plug and you have to lay the ear
I did wear it for long hours and it did hurt my ear after awhile

Let's put it like this; I've tried a bunch (I mean, probably 20 or more) different headsets, purchased here as well as when I was in China (they have a bazillion different offerings there) and this one is the best I've used
After using replacement number 1 for about 6 months, I finally had Plantronics send me replacement number 2 under their warranty program
We did use the dry white rice soak for 24 hours before we charged it back up and found that it worked just as good as before
They shipped replacement number 2 out very quickly, but the call quality issue was even worse with replacement number 2
This includes a/c in a car if the vent is blowing directly at the microphone base

Keeping up with the proprietary charging cable that comes with the headset would never work for me.

The proprietary charging cable is a hassle and have to buy extra cables and adapters to really be useful
Just in case you didn't see the comment in the Q&A part, or it didn't click in your mind, this thing requires a special, proprietary charging cable.
The base product is great, but it is not very durable - honestly disappointed as I can usually get a few years out of any given bluetooth.

Does not seal inside of your ear and max volume is not loud enough because it does not cancel ambient noise to your ear very well

Only thing I do not like, is the max volume is not quite loud enough for a noisy situation to hear clearly what the person on the other end is saying.
What l don't like is the charging piece, it's to dedicated to only this unit

The included chargers work great and charges very quickly
Charger is good for me, better than a micro usb charger
The sound is great, the fit is great, the charger sucks.
Also, their "proprietary" magnet charger doesn't ensure worry-free charging
