Great sounding headset my only one grip with this product is the proprietary earpiece the silicone ear pieces are bad on peoples ears and can be quite painful to get it to not hurt sensitive ears or people with silicon sensitivity

I've find it's an awful sound when I tested this product from the other way.

When it arrived there were no issues, in fact it worked all too well as it even picked up faint sounds, including air conditioning noises.

The only good thing I can say is it has very good sound.

Cons - power - with the semi truck noise at times I could not hear music or sounds when listening to an audio tape or audio training or talk show speaking- and had to press the unit to my ear for a better sound.. wish it could go two levels higher even if battery life would suffer.

Didn't open the 5200, but when the Legend came, I unboxed it and after struggling to fit it both over my ear and into my ear, I was stuck by two things, this much more expensive earpiece didn't actually fit inside my ear like the 6 buck chucks, I changed to the smallest earpad included in the kit, but the sound of the automated voice telling me things like "unit is on" and hearing music play from my phone through it was a a whisper, as apposed to the robust sound I had been getting from the cheapies.

I really like the feel of this headset, it fits perfectly and has awesome sound.

About 4 months in, every time I tried to voice text, a loud screech would occur for about 20 seconds (which is longer than you think when the sound is that loud) as I was voice texting.

,that's why I stick with this one,people can't even tell ur on it cuz u sound so clear

I love playtronic' s headphones but this was either a knock or a extremely used refurb.
