    • I tried actually holding the headset against the charger to see if it was a bad connection, but the thing never worked
    • It occasionally loses the Bluetooth connection when I am in the same room with my phone, and almost always loses it if I put an ordinary household drywall interior wall between the earpiece and the phone.
