I tried actually holding the headset against the charger to see if it was a bad connection, but the thing never worked

It occasionally loses the Bluetooth connection when I am in the same room with my phone, and almost always loses it if I put an ordinary household drywall interior wall between the earpiece and the phone.

I am not sure if it is the headset or the charging cable, but it will snap in place but has a bad connection and will not charge unless I press down on it

The second one has a defect - I think there is a loose connection - sporadically I hear a short buzz, it lasts for less than a second.

I lose connection, in fact I must carry the phone in my shirt pocket to keep from loosing connection.

It works great for First couple of days then started loosing connection with the phone right next to it

Initially I thought it was just the mic position or bad connection or some other 'not the device' problem.
