The Voyager Legend has excellent sound quality (for voice) and noise isolation, and its microphone performs well in most conditions.

I spend a lot of time on the phone, anywhere from 2-4 hours per work day, and need a reliable headset with good call quality and battery life

Initially, I was very happy, as the balance is wonderful (the old ones built the battery into the earpiece and mic, so it ended up front heavy), and the audio quality (in both directions) is crisp
