I've had this for about 1 year now, and the headset has worked well

I lost 2 headsets before I had the charging case and often ran out of power.

I have enjoyed Plantronic Bluetooth headsets for years, and still have 2 prior versions for backup.

Been trying to figure it out for a while and finally got it, mine has been disconnecting from Bluetooth during phone calls, I realized that the "smart sensor" was messing up (the smart sensor detects when the headset is being worn), downloaded the app, disabled the smart sensor and it works perfect every time, so if you have this issue give it a shot
