I expect most people that suffer this will run out and buy a $50 HDMI cable to fix it, and when that doesn't fix it they'll return the console, possibly only to suffer the same issue again.

If you have a 4K TV (or even if you still have a 1080P TV) the better buy is to get an Xbox One X which is a more powerful console and will hit its 2160p (full 4k) targets a lot more than this machine....and again this console barely if ever hits any 2160 targets because as I said it is struggling with 1440p resolution
