Fan is extremely loud

Very loud...fans were simply--loud fans in general--and seemed to always need to be going full bore.

Amazing games.- Decent controller with interesting speaker system but no traditional battery option if internal rechargable fails.- Poor presentation and potential re-use of packaging.- Horrible UI (User Interface) with a nice shopping cart- HORRIBLY noisy fan, if you need to play in low volume environments, stick to the PS4 slim, at least it's quiet

But, fan is very indecisive to the point that it takes all the enjoyment out of using the system

When I turned on the pro the fan is quiet through most applications and games .

The fan sounded much quieter and less erratic as well

Fan is loud and gets hot

Some of this was fixed in a software update so it doesn't happen at the start, but the unit gets super-hot and after 30 mins the fans go crazy and sounds like an 747 taking off.

The fan is so ridiculously loud, that the quiet and/or suspenseful scenes in these beautiful games I played we're absolutely ruined by the jet engine that is the fan of the PS4Pro, it is even louder than my GTX 1080 based gaming desktop (and those are anything but silent.)

Loud fans and coiling sounds are prevalent in pro patched games that are running 4k HDR (Max resolution) which deter from the experience

And imo what should be the #1 priority on the PS5 project: the stupid fan's still loud

I bought a specialty torx bit, took it apart and cleaned the fan, to no avail

Had the unfortunate black death screen on my 4k vizio- brand new not sure if Sony cares about the issue as they seem to blame manufacturers for the faulty compatibility

I do not know if this has to do with the controller or frame rate but the game now runs as good as when I am playing on Steam

I use the ps4 pro with my asus monitor and whenever I watch game trailers on the playstation store, I've noticed that the graphics are slightly pixelated and not as sharp as they are compared to when I'm playing a game
