The best fix for this is to adjust the headset around until your eyes hit that sweet spot in the lens where things look their sharpest.

(it's realistic enough but nowhere near the resolution or clarity of 4k gaming)- Sony did some smart things with making it easy to adjust the headset to your head, but I still find myself having to constantly adjust it while wearing it because the screen can get slightly blurry
