This wasn't an issue with the SYBA adapter - it didn't interfere with any other USB port

This audio adapter is great, it allows me to listen to the computer's sound through my headphones

The package arrived today and I plugged the Adapter into an open USB slot and the headset didn't work.

My old adapter broke and ruined my USB

I will be purchasing another adapter like this one but one with volume control.

I figured that a USB audio adapter should be easy to find, and it was.

The recording made with the SYBA adapter sounded loud and clear, while the Plugable recording sounded dim and distant - not nearly as loud

I pulled the adapter out of the usb and the adapter fell apart.

The Plugable USB audio adapter fixed this problem and the DAC/amplifier works fine.

This adapter worked so well on my computer with a broken headphone socket that I bought another for a second computer that has a bad sound card.

This adapter sounds fine to me and the static is gone

An adaptive cable would be a solution except another problem was they used a 20 inch monitor with the previous computer but the new one had no connector that matched their monitor and the solution ( an adapter of course) channels the sound as well but only for external speakers, nothing for mic

Almost went out and purchased a set of USB speakers....this adapter solved my problem, and allowed me to use my original JBL speakers,which wouldn't have worked on my all in one computer

Adapter is just a little bit chunky, although it looks fairly slim; it doesn't fit in the USB port on back of PC due to proximity of other connections

The adapter works however if you have two USB ports next to each other, the adapter will block the use of the second port.
