Makes it a pain when I take it on/off everyday, but other than that, it works as designed.

Improved hooking design over the first strap I had

Excellent design and construction.

This soft design is more comfortable and I've had much better luck with it (not 100% - I don't think I'd buy a Polar again, but if you already have a Polar then this is a good strap to try).

The new design of the hook is a nice improvement.

After it failed I ordered a second strap only to discover that Polar had modified the design so that the Garmin sensor wouldn't snap into place properly.

Both prior designs had very short lifespans even though quite expensive.

These are better designed and work just fine

Works as designed when you wet it and place it properly.

Polar's new design is much better than their old model.

Wish they could figure out an improved transmitter-contact chest strap design.
