admit I was super excited about amazon partnering with a company like Polk to offer a sound bar with Alexa capability but the final product is an EPIC FAIL

The product is beautiful and will look sleak and clean on any shelf or table under the TV

I highly recommend this product!

The product is such a mess

As an Alexa unit I can only halfway recommend this product due to the fact that it does not have multi-room music/playback functionality with other Alexa devices

Poor customer support and poor quality product.

the worst Alexa product i have bought yet the built in Alexa part of the speaker constantly tells me the things that is not available on this Echo, it doesn’t hear me unless im less than 10feet away or literally screaming at it , the polk app sucks that keeps your Command bar connected to the net

Major disappointment for such a great product idea that is a real need for every living room.*POLK - please, if you can fix any of the above issues with updates, do so quickly

but when I opened it I noticed the product is actually really well protected.

this product is CLEARLY NOT READY for retail it doesn’t control the tv as they said on the YouTube videos turning the volume up or down is about all that you can get out of this built in
