Great little battery pack

It's not real fast so don't wait until your battery is dead and you'll love this charger.

BUT, sometimes when it's charging, the battery makes a whistling noise, a high-pitched shriek if you will, which is both irritating and worrying

Can't say enough about this powerful, portable battery

Carry this in your pocket or purse and you never have to worry about a dead battery again

I would recommend to anyone who travels for work, or pleasure, or simply has a day trip planned and needs enough battery for pics/vids.

This portable battery charger has saved my phone too many times to count

I got this portable charger for multi-day trips and just used it on a weekend ski trip (particularly poignant b/c iphone batteries notoriously struggle in the cold)

The battery still works but a big selling point is not needing an additional cable to charge my iPhone.

This device is perfect as it offers a decent battery life AND the option to charge phones using either an apple Lightning plug or a micro USB port!

I don't worry about not having a dead battery no more...

I bought a second one and likely a third because our other batteries are lame in comparison!

Otherwise the battery is fine.

Small enough to carry or keep in your pocket but with enough battery for 2-3 phone charges

The battery won’t turn off when not in use so the battery drains extremely fast

Only using the Lightning cable but doesn't hurt to have the other one too; and that mean not to worry about carrying a cable around- built-in flashlight which comes handy at night, or while traveling- decent battery size which at least can bring a phone back to life with a good charge- compact size that make it easy to carry, or throw quickly in a luggage/bag if in a rushWhat could be better: a bigger battery but in the same package/ size, maybe a built in cable so it can charge without the need to have/find another cable

There are thousands of portable USB batteries out there, most of which come from random Chinese brands.

Battery worked for about four months and then gave up the ghost

I use it occasionally, and make sure to charge it about once a month, and can charge my iPhone from it several times before depleting the battery

This charger is FAST at boosting my iPhone battery, and the second plug is perfect for my e-reader.

It's not real fast so don't wait until your battery is dead and you'll love this charger.

When trying to recharge the battery, the battery immediately shows 2 bars full, even though it failed to charge my phone

The fact that is has two included cables, reducing the need to carry any cables, is a huge plus in my book towards portability, and making a great battery back up for the day

The bad - my battery capacity seems to have diminished overnight

so I hope/expect it is not messing up my precious iphone battery

Nice quality battery with both built-in charge cables for Android and iPhone and has a standard USB port to plug in a longer charge cable.

Long lasting battery is good for about 2 full charges of my iPhone 7 plus

Great functionality - however, the charge does not last nearly as long as any other portable battery I've used

In addition, the location and angle of the built-in lightning cable does not allow for ergonomic placement of the phone (if it actually fit with the case on); i.e. you cannot stack the iPhone on the battery3) separate micro-USB cable required to recharge the portable battery - inconvenient; the built in micro-USB cable should be able to unplug and into a USB socket to recharge instead of needing a separate cable.

My Anker portable batteries seem to charge my phone faster as well, although that's subjective and may be because I had to use a dock extender adapter to even fit the Jackery cable into my iPhone.

The only reason this isn't a 1 star rating is that it is a good battery and can still charge my husband's iPhone.

This is my first portable battery pack.

The Jackery also didn't charge my iPhone 8 any faster than other portable batteries I already own.

Now, it doesn't charge my phone and even drains my battery more if attached

what good is an external battery if you don't have the cord

This is a great little battery, a little bigger than other I have used but the convince of having the wire to charge the device built in so great and a huge help

Nice that the cables are built in, but the fact that you have to plug in and then remember to push the power button to start charging rather than just plugging into it (like EVERY other battery on the market) is annoying and not a good feature

The battery can recharge my iPhone 7 multiple times and charges the phone faster than many wall chargersIt is worth noting that I initially received a defective battery that did not charge my phone, however after contacting the company I received a replacement that functioned perfectly

All in all, I really like this battery and would recommend it to anyone.

I'm very happy I purchased it, as it's really convenient to have both chords already in one unit with the charger unlike others where I actually have to plug a cord in

My only complaint (if can even call it that) is that there aren't more colors, would prefer a pretty pink or blue than orange.
