The second was stolen by my wife for its ease of use and small compact size

The size is perfect to put it in my bag and can charge about 3 times

Great size - isn’t too bulky

The size is perfect for day to day use or car trips, and it has lots of power

Very convenient no extra cables needed as they are attached, they charge quickly and are a very portable size

The reason for the one star review is the exceptionally poor customer service provided by Jackery.

Bought this great product from a company with even greater customer service

With bad cell service inside, her iphone dies quickly and with this, she never worries about not having battery when she needs it

Its best feature is that It has built-in stowaway cables for both lightning (Apple products) and micro-USB devices, so I don't have to carry a charging cable with me

The built in cables are a great feature, no more packing an additional cable.

Nicest feature are the built in charging cords so you don’t have to carry one with you

Even though my own device doesn’t have micro or lightning charging, the built in cables of the Jackery Bolt are one of my favorite features

Otherwise, good charger, love the orange color - easy to find in my giant purse.

(I ended up painting a bright color on the one I used.)

This battery has some great features – the built-in lightning and microUSB cables are a good design, the size is perfect for carrying in a small bag, and the built-in flashlight is a very nice touch

Nice design, well constructed, having built-in cables for both micro USB and Lightning is very helpful.

The charging cables have a VERY poor design and have started to tear at the base where they attach to the battery and it has begun to short out

It holds its charge very well, and has charging cables built right

I loved not having to carry a separate cable to charge, but it is unfortunate that after 11 months of relatively infrequent use (only used it when I was traveling abroad 3x), the built-in cable is starting to fall apart and one of the wires has broken

Great functionality - however, the charge does not last nearly as long as any other portable battery I've used

It's not real fast so don't wait until your battery is dead and you'll love this charger.

This is a good power bank just after a while the wire is getting torn a little bit

Great when I was out an about during the day and had enough power to ensure both my iPhone and SkyRoam hotspot stayed powered

now i can stay calm and power my phone with jeckery bolt

I can't tell you how many times this charger has saved me in situations where a device was about to loose power

Great device, the description says it can charge a phone twice, but I've found it to do considerably more than that

After working perfectly for a few weeks (really only recharged twice), the device now refuses to recharge

It won’t charge up no matter how long I keep it charging, huge disappointment

The charging time seems quick, so it is the big help when I'm on the road and need to get a fast charge when phone battery goes low

It's a bit heavy, so using your device while it's charging is a bit awkward ... otherwise a very satisfied customer.

I would recommend charging it overnight when you know you will use it since that charge can feel slow, but it kept both of our phones charged and I take a LOT of photos on vacation

After charging my iphone, the Jackery was unable to return to a full charge even after being plugged in overnight

The good - this thing is compact, cables are built in, and there’s even an extra USB port and flashlight

My wife is happy again, and that's always a good thing.

This thing charges super fast and I love the built-in cable

But if you drain the whole thing, expect to leave it plugged into a wall or a PC for a few hours if you want to be sure it's back at full capacity

The best thing I like about the power bank is the inclusion of the cables with the charger
