Perfect and fast charge

BUT, sometimes when it's charging, the battery makes a whistling noise, a high-pitched shriek if you will, which is both irritating and worrying

This portable charger fits in my purse and gives a speedy charge

It appears after a quick test that in addition to everything else it also fast charges our iphone 10’s (when it’s not charging itself) and I just spent much more than this price just for a fast charging wall adapter/cable combo.

It's a bit heavy, so using your device while it's charging is a bit awkward ... otherwise a very satisfied customer.

Great for travel, size its small enough to pack and carry and provides just enough charge until you reach the hotel

and yet I get at least a couple of good charges on my phone

Bought my second one, super fast charge, good design and flexibility for iPhone and Android.

I should also mention that, if you carry your tablet's charging cable, the Bolt's USB port delivers a 2.4amps of output if you need a fast (though partial) charge of a tablet.

After charging my iphone, the Jackery was unable to return to a full charge even after being plugged in overnight

The charging time seems quick, so it is the big help when I'm on the road and need to get a fast charge when phone battery goes low

I have tried many different portable charges and this one rates the best in my book

After that it started hissing when charging and the lighting cable wire was cut through and no longer works

The charging speed is a bit slower than using the rapid charge power adapter from Google that came with my phone, but it still charges devices relatively quickly

Integrated multiple charging wires makes this battery very convenient during the travels

I was hoping to find one for him like mine which is more compact, so mine is a bit more easily portable and also faster charging than this one.

It's a great concept and it holds a great charge

Can get at least 2-3 charges per battery cell- have used it mostly on iPhone, but has also worked on the tablet as well

Only using the Lightning cable but doesn't hurt to have the other one too; and that mean not to worry about carrying a cable around- built-in flashlight which comes handy at night, or while traveling- decent battery size which at least can bring a phone back to life with a good charge- compact size that make it easy to carry, or throw quickly in a luggage/bag if in a rushWhat could be better: a bigger battery but in the same package/ size, maybe a built in cable so it can charge without the need to have/find another cable

Fast charge to my iPhone & iPad!

Product worked well when I got it, but a few months later, it barely holds a charge.

I would recommend charging it overnight when you know you will use it since that charge can feel slow, but it kept both of our phones charged and I take a LOT of photos on vacation

Great quick charge especially when at airport and need e-boarding pass

If you need to USE the phone while charging it can be a little awkward...but this is me being very picky and hoping some product maker will read this and build me my ideal external charger

The first unit I received did not hold a charge so unusable - but the Jackery customer service group was terrific and I received a new unit within days of my request.

It worked very well for a while but it stopped charging and the bottom broke off

The included iPhone cable is perfect because I can be charging within seconds and not fumbling around looking for another cord

I was second guessing myself when I first ordered this after reviewing other portbale chargers that carry like 7 charges and up in one, but they're bigger and heavier and unless youre traveling with a family and everyones jamming on various devices

The cables are short so its a bit awkward when charging but still better than the alternative.

Nonetheless, it is virtually impossible not to take some usb c compatible with cameras, drones, etc.

I'm very happy I purchased it, as it's really convenient to have both chords already in one unit with the charger unlike others where I actually have to plug a cord in

My only complaint (if can even call it that) is that there aren't more colors, would prefer a pretty pink or blue than orange.
